Light'ning Fright'ning

A white-hot arrow of charge strikes black Earth
Feeble creatures shimmer and jump instinctually
The pock-marked terrain smoulders and cools
Revealing a glowing gift; a reticent pearl.

A Braver one approaches the hole, sniffing and prodding;
Concerned, but Curious
It listened more closely, attentively aiming itself
Slowly approaching.

"...hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..." the object vibrates.
The Curious One inches even closer.
"...hmmmmmmMMMMMmmmmmmmmm..." it asserts.
Curious pauses.
"...hmmmmmmmmmmmm... hmmmmmmmmmmmm..." it insisted.
Curious backs away.
"...hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..."
Curious lowers to the ground, resting.
"...hmmmmmmMMMMMmmmmmmmmm..."
Curious ponders and focuses. Then exhudes: "...errrrrrrrrrrrrr..."

The Pearl begins glowing brighter.
It speaks: "...HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM..."
Curious retorts: "...ERRRRRRRRRR..."
The Pearl vibrates and barks "...BIZZZZORT!"
